My passion is helping others heal, find happiness inside themselves ,  break blocks that are holding them back  encouraging  empowerment, self-growth  and transformation. 

I am an adult child of an alcoholic  so  I understand the unique challenges faced by adult  children of alcoholics 

 I  also have personally gone through many life transitions  and healing in my own life. I know what it feels like when you are blocked, scared and  unsure how to move forward with your own life.

After an extensive career in the corporate financial world  I made an a major life altering decision and went back to school . I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree specializing in counselling psychology. I also have training in expressive art therapy.

Personally I  have overcome many challenges in my own life such as abuse, low self-esteem, stress and anger issues  divorce along with all the challenges faced with caregiving for both parents.

I teach all levels of Reiki along with facilitating workshops.
